The Advanced Main Station is a complete station, offering in 1 station the required functionalities for professional cleaning of exterior surfaces in the Food Industry. It offers basically a rinse mode for a water-rinse-function up to 25 bars and a foam-mode for a cleaning- or desinfection-function.
The Advanced Main Station is equipped with a frequency controlled booster pump up to max. 25 bars and can be connected to satellites for simultaneous operation up to max. 3, 4 or 8 users. The station can be equipped with a booster pump for simultaneous operation up to max. 4 users in a dual-pressure-pump version 25/40 bar. The frequency controlled booster pumps assures immediate slow start/stop functionality and protects against cavitations, too high temperature and dry running.
The satellite in the Main Station is equipped with a manual switch to change from rinse to foam cleaning and visa versa. Optionally it can be supplied as automatic switching device by just changing nozzles. The concentration-setting of foam-cleaning is made by means of an adjustable setting at the front of the station.
| | Integration of sensor technology is possible for data monitoring and acquisition of flow, temperature and pressure.
Optionally the Main Station can be extended with additional injectors and chemical suction-hoses for max. 3 products. Also the Advantis™ concept of double-product-mixing is possible with a special injector. Exclusive and patented injector technology provides for foam cleaning and desinfection one outlet connection for easy and safe operation.
The Main Station can be equipped with the UserPack as safety-can for easy and safe connecting detergent/sanitizer to the injector.
